Oselya Hotel - Kyiv

I recently stayed at this hotel and it instantly became my go-to place in the city. The interior design is simply wonderful and creates a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area, providing a peaceful environment for a good night's sleep. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home. The attention to detail is evident, from the well-maintained garden where you can relax to the basic amenities provided in the rooms. Additionally, the breakfast served here is not only tasty, but also offers a variety of options to satisfy different preferences.

No complaints, everything was excellent.

The hotel staff spoke perfect English, was very nice and was very helpful. They gave good information regarding restaurants, interesting places and they arranged transportation to and from the hotel.They were still working at the garden and once it is finished the result must be beautiful

Rather far from the center of town. A taxi is not that expensive. They can bring you to a subway station and from there it is only 2 hrivna

Fantastic hotel. Totally clean. Excellent Breakfast. Largest hotel room I have stayed in for a long time. Quiet. No traffic noise. Could not hear any noise in hotel whatsoever. Staff could not have been more helpful. Organised taxis to/from airport for me and to/from station for girlfriend. Facilities in room for coffee, also crockery for having salads, cold meat etc. Staff made us toast when we wanted it. Hotel happy for us to empty minibar and restock fridge with our items. Room had air conditioning. Wifi was fast and reliable. Several restaurants nearby. Easy to get to metro station using frequent public bus.....which costs about 20 centimes - take no 17 bus, It finishes at Metro Station. There are only about 7 or so rooms so one gets a personalised service. A lovely relaxing holiday

Its not in city centre so may not suit everyone. But the last thing we wanted was some small cramped noisy room in the city centre!!

Great location close to the metro, and within walking distance of many attractions! the decor was lovely and it was great having free Wi-Fi and breakfast included in our stay! the staff was also very friendly and helpful with recommendations for nearby restaurants.

The service was very good. Very helpful, personal and friendly English speaking staff.

Nothing was bad really. Not very central but taxis are cheap for a westerner.

Located within 15 minutes by metro to the closest underground stop, this hotel is well-situated for easy access to downtown. the garden offers a calm oasis to relax as they take in the fresh air. the hotel is close to the airport, making arrival and departure convenient. the rooms are clean and the service is top-notch, with staff always going the extra mile, from preparing customized breakfasts to arranging transportation.

While the hotel boasts excellent service and facilities, there is limited space with only 7 rooms available.

It is a new, clean , well built butique hotel. We took the suit and got a large room on the 2nd floor with a good double bed, a sofa, big TV and a large bathroom. The location is 15m ride from center and you can order a taxi of less than 10$ to the center. The taxi fare back, at night will be higher (18$). There is a good restaurant near by ,to which you can walk during daytime. The owner took us there on the night of arrival and brought us back to the hotel for no charge.

We ordered the room for 3 night but for some reason were moved to another , less prety room, after two nights. They had higher priority gusts> This was really not fare.

The hotel provided excellent transportation services and staff was always helpful. My room was nicely decorated, clean and cozy. The breakfast was sumptuous and the location was close to downtown, making it easy to explore the city on foot.

Everything was just fine. Just remember its a little way out of the central part of the city and order your taxi in advance. Its small, cosy and peaceful.
